They cost about $170 pipe, about $340 for the two pipes on the vette. Supposedluy you can adjust them from fully open to ful;ly closed with the buttons but I found it is hard to control anything in between, but you can learn to press for just a split , so you can control then to open just an eighth 0r a quater ot a half or whatever, but == full is very loud, very very loud.

1. I can't tell any difference in net power to the rear wheels. Yes, you get more noise, but . .
2. On the other hand, you are sitting at a red light, some jerk ina M3 pulls up and pipes you, and you open the dumps and give him a buzz to 4K -- he slinks back where he came from (it is a good idea to look around to make sure there are now cops -- it is LOUD!!)
3. With difficulty you can learn to control the opening to just a bit, so you can run around "sort of loud" -- not easy. But it can be done and you can always try again it you hold down the bottum too long. So, you can adjust the sound between totally muffled and totally open pipe (which is really really lud even at "not tryiing" thrittle levels).
4. But really, it doesn't seem to add nuch net power or time in 1/4 mile.
5. On the other hand it sounds damn mean.
the cutouts are not easy to place, I have Billy Bosat long tubes (LPE) and GHL exhaust and I had to fit them carefully so they output down where they won;t pouint the hot exhaust at anything vulnerable.
Net is, it is worth it for all the hassle. There is not noticeable power increase I can see, even inthe 1/4 mile (I can't see even part of a 10th) but the sound is not controllable, and it is raw, and sharp, and loud, even with the dumps open just a bit.
