Finally got around to the dyno/tuner tonight
2003 Z06 Stingers and Vararam
372.18 HP
356.34 Torque
Torque seem a little low???
it was 90 degrees
29.61-HG
STD 1.04

Looks good to me!
My torque is on the low side too, and haven't figured out why yet, although my horsepower is average for the mods I have.
Have you had it dyno tuned yet? You can usually pick up some more HP with tuning after an intake change, as aftermarket intakes usually cause it to run rich. Even if you have had it tuned, those are still good numbers for those mods.

He did tune it at the time of dyno. Old #'s were 361/347
So I gained about 11hp and 9 lb/ft.
If it can buy me a tenth at the track I'll be happy.

I think that you are average to better than average.
My new 04 Z06 got 357Rwhp, and 344Tq.
My car only had 1200 miles and was BONE stock at that time.
I was told after 3000-4000 miles i would be easily over 360Rwhp.
I have since added Twin tip B&B bullets. I have not had it dyno'ed again yet, but I can feel a difference.
