Replacement tires
Any ideas?? Just went through 13,000 miles and the Eagles need to be replaced. I'm a novice at this and want a tire for everyday driving and handling. Whaddya think?????

I just purchased a new Z06 and have been wondering the same. I had Nittos on my previous car (Mustang) and they wer eexcellent. Wonder if Nittos would be ok on the Z.

Look at http://www.tirerack.com and read some of the reviews on the different tires. They also have a list of installers which might be in your area.

I have thought about this a lot, and I am going to stick with the Supercars - a little spooky in standing water, or hard rain, but great otherwise. I have 27,000+ and they are certainly good for 6 or 7 thousand more.

My rear tires were gone at 15K and the fronts were like new... humm. Anyway, put Supercar tires on the rear and will switch to something else next time around.
