[Z06] Need help, please

Picked the car back up today. The harmonic balancer came apart last week, 40 miles after I picked it up from the dealer again. I picked it up again this morning. Now there's a "clunk" in the steering wheel when I turn it. Took it to a buddy's shop and put it on the lift. The steering linkage is not tightened. They sent me out in the car in an unsafe, potentially hazardous, condition. While I'm under there, I notice that the balancer they (supposedly) just replaced is not new. Additionally, the oil cooler looks like it was kicked around the shop floor for a couple hours. All of the fins are bent up badly. Also, they didn't replace the insulation under the hood that was torn through when the serpentine belt came apart. And now there's a rip in my driver's seat that wasn't there when the tow truck picked up the car last Tuesday.
I'm fed up. I don't want to deal with this anymore. The Lemon Law paperwork went in today. That was before I found these most recent problems. I feel that I have honestly exhausted all of my options w/ the dealer. The car has been in the shop for 31 days since the first problem on May 7th. I need a phone number of a Corporate office. Please tell me that someone has a number I can call. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your help.

In Maryland, the BBB is the focus of Lemon Law claims. Here they run a web site and claims can be started on that site. Through the magic of modern info technology, GM is connected electronically to that web site, streamlining the movement of a claim.
With that as background, I started a claim on the Maryland BBB web site in 2001 and within a few days a GM lawyer called me and collected basic data on my story. Within a couple more days GM dispatched a three man team of field engineers to repair my car at my dealer. They managed to fix it correctly, which is all I wanted.
All cases have their own facts. Yours are different from mine. But you will be contacted by GM legal. If you file your Lemon Law claim in electronic form (BBB web site in PA too?), the process will go faster.
Said another way, GM has a process for resolving a Lemon Law claim. The entry point is filing a claim. After that, GM will contact you. In the meantime, consolidate all the documentation of your service issues.
