Your best bet would be to find a place that has some experience in repairing EMTs. There is a certain recommended method for doing this. Goodyear stores may have the equipment or some place like Discount Tires. Not sure what you have in your area.

I'm in Indiana but I assume you have Discount Tire there? I have had 2 different tires patched at Discount Tire. They have to dismount the tire from the rim and then used a special combination plug and patch. Both have held fine. The first time it was the factory tire but I was buying some other tires and they didn't charge me. The second time was on a tire I had purchased and they didn't charge me. Don't know what they charge.
