alignment
I lowered my C5 last week. Gave it time to settle and had it re-aligned today. Man, what a difference. If anyone hasn't had their car aligned after lowering, you should. Only cost $100 bucks and was well worth it.

I couldn't agree more! I love the lowered look and the alignment made it drive like a brand new car.

Be certain to have all 4 wheels aligned too...worth every penny...
I cant say that I really felt a big difference in the drive...
...but I felt a lot better knowing I was moving in a straight line

Just did a 4 wheel alignment at Goodyear for $65.
BIG difference for the better!

Lowered & Slammed
Alignment makes all the difference. I have had my ZO6 shocks bottom out on occasion, not sure what I'm going to do about that. I think a recent thread reccommended a shorter Bilstein shock.

Not to mention that if you don't you'll wear out the inside of your tires really fast!

Yeah, just had mine done a couple of days ago. She feels great. Really neutral tracking now. I suppose the new DS-G3s help a bit too.

your shocks have run out of travel because you slammed the car when lowering, , I would say different shocks or coil overs are required. .
