Anyone have any suggestion on how to take the airbag warning stckers off the two visors without ruining the visor or having a mess left on the visor?
Thanks

If they haven't been on there too long, they may just peel off cleanly. If not, you may have to heat them up a bit with a hair dryer. Not sure what to use if the glue remains - perhaps someone who has actually done this to their decals will give you some advice on that part of the process.
After heating with a hair dryer, use a tweezers to get under a corner, then switch to a pliers and while keeping the hot air blowing on the decal use the pliers to pull the decal at an angle. The adhesive reside that is left behind can be easily cleaned/removed by using Bracleen (yes I said Brake Caliper spray cleaner) I bought mine at Advanced Auto for .99 (their brand) the name brand stuff costs 3 times as much. I works just like a dry cleaning fluid, has no oil or smell. I used a new terry cloth car towel that I had in a package and use around the garage. Spray some on the rag and wipe on the area where the adhesive is showing. That nasty outline will disappear.
Trust me, this really works. In fact it worked so well I could see where the dust was since the area I cleaned was nice an black and looked like new.

I used a hair dryer to heat them up, got a corner up, and just peeled them off. Then I took some Goo-Gone and a microfiber towel and used that to clean off the leftover glue.

Here's my take (cynical I admit) on the "warning labels" on the visors.
Someone gets in your car and is enjoying the ride. You get in an accident
that deploys the airbag and perhaps injures the occupant.
Occupant employs an attorney to investigate suing driver.
Lawyer sees that no airbag warning stickers are visible and indeed have
been removed for asthetic reasons. The absence of a clear warning which
would have allowed the passenger the option of accepting a ride would
be ammunition enough for the attorney to seek damages.
I could see this happening somewhere, sometime to someone.

It's a sad state of affairs...but you are probably right. This will probably happen somewhere someday.

Depending on the year will determine how hard it will be to remove the labels. I have a 2001 and they came of very easily, just lifted a corner and removed like you would a band-aid, very quickly.
I have heard that on the newer vette the labels are harder to remove and a hair dryer is required.
The hair dryer works, but use some caution. The visor fabric has nylon in it and will melt if you hold the hair dryer too close or too long in one spot.
Let me tell you my story. On my 2002 DTS I tried pulling one of those obnoxious stickers off the sunshade, and it did come off, but pulled most of the material off with it. It looked so crap I actually bought another one of those hated stickers and glued it back on, just to get the original look back.
Now on my 2004 C5, I had a look at it, started peeling it carefully, and to my surprise, the sticker is made in two layers! The first peels off easily, leaving a transparent layer firmly glued to the sunshade, which is hardly visible. As a PS, i talked to some folks from GM and they said they had to change to a glue which sticks like crazy, because people were just pulling those ugly things off. But now I think they've found a livable sulution.
I wonder if you can buy new visors without the stickers? As far as getting the residue off you can use duct tape and a hairdryer. Heat it up and use the duct tape to remove the residue by pressing it on then peeling it off keep doing it till it's all gone. My .02
