all the 30 or 35 mean is the aspect ratio of the tire. The aspect ratio is a percentage of the width of the tire that describes the height of the sidewall. a 35 series tire will give you a slightly taller side wall than the 30 series.
clear as mud?
275/35/18 and 295/35/19 will be your best bet. (you did say a 19" rear wheel, but listed 18" tires for them).
The 295/30/19 is too short IMO, but can be used if you run a 265/35/18 on the front.
In case you do mean 18's & not 18/19, I run 295/35/18(10.5) & 265/35/18(9.5). It is a nice combo. A 30 aspect ratio will ride harsher than a 35.

Use the online tire dimension calculator and decide for yourself. Compare the front and rear sizes you are considering, then compare each against the stock size. You want to strive for roughly equal sidewall height (front vs. rear), and equal or slightly greater OD as compared to stock.

HTH!
thank you for this link, that is a very handy calculator. I looked all over for something like this and decided it did not exist. Nice surprise.
