Loyalty Rebate Question?

According to KBB.com, there is a $1,000 loyalty rebate in effect right now. This is in addition to the $3,000 rebate.

Right now they have one. But in the past, they did offer this on a C4 - of course I wasn't in the market then.

I'm not sure on this, but I believe that you had to purchase a brand new GM vehicle in the past, not just own one now in order to qualify for the GM Loyalty Discount. Maybe someone here can verify this or correct me if I'm wrong.

No!! That is NOT correct. You just have to be a current owner of a GM product. I just bought my 2004CE this past month and took advantage of this rebate.
1. You just have to be a current owner of any GM Product. Any make of GM and I was never asked if I bought the car new.
2.All they did was use my registration slip for my tags off my current GM product. (They made a copy of it for proof of ownership)
