Mainly used for putting the windows up/down with the keyfob remote. Very convenient for vert or coupe owners when putting the top up or down.
Also has some other nice features, like extending accessory power after key is removed and door opened, and it can also recall the top speed the car has achieved.
A cool little gadget that just pligs into the OBDII port on the underside of the steering column, takes seconds to install, and a few minutes to program in your desired settings.
Remember!!! There are no dumb or stupid questions around here. The window valet is a definite must have if you have a vert. It's so nice not to have to get back into the car to raise the windows after you have put the top up. And the other features are pretty neat too.
Window Valet was my first mod, and is still one of my favorites.
Yes it's perhaps my favorite as well. Love to lower the windows as I approach the car eliminating the need to get in to a real hot car and then lower the windows to get some air in.
If at the beach, car sitting in the sun, lower on approach. Eliminates the sitting on burniing hot (black) seats, start car, open windows. Whew!
Getting in the car to lower windows, then get out, put down top, get back in, is truly rediculous.
Get it now. Simplist install. Great funcionality. Works every time.
Handy gadget! If you live in the city or at the beach or anyplace where parking's a premium, it's handy to lower the windows when you find yourself in a tight parking space. It makes it a lot easier to maneuver yourself out of the car with the windows down.
