clattering problem

clattering problem
I have a 99 FRC and at around 5k RPM you can hear a clatter. We dyno'd it awhile back and on a Tec tool even saw timing backing out a bit. Had ANOTHER rear seal leak took it to the dealer, and they said no codes in history, latest program running fine, try a different gas...even drop octane a bit and try it. I seem to be the only one with this problem??

FWIW...I have no clattering in mine except for normal light tranny chatter when letting out the clutch a little. 108K on the odo, I only use Chevron Supreme 93 octane.
