I looked into having a mold made, but most wanted to spend around $300 for the piece. To have a mold made and sell a few copies would greatly exceed that price.

Whats the deal with the exhaust though? Never seen that. Looks like a motorcycle exhaust..

The original Mallett 435 cars came OEM with this exhaust. It was a carbon-fiber wrapped 2.5" cannister exhaust. I run them only part of the time. They have a great deep exhaust note, but the resonance is
