I got hit AGAIN!!!!
Why am I a magnet for accidents??? Just today, some young girl in her Camaro backed up right into me!!! madmad She didn't check if anyone was behind her, and she was totally oblivious to my horn. Needless to say I tore a strip off of her.
But on the bright side (if there is such a thing in this senario) is that she is the daughter of the owner of the local GM dealership. So he reassured me that it will be fixed just like new. But in the meantime, I won't have my vette for a couple of weeks during the short driving season.

Dad Owns the GM dealership? Hmmmm...... the inconvenience of being without your car ought to justify a few goodies out of the GM Accessories Catalog! Not to mention top priority at the Dealerships Body Shop! And...... maybe a deep discount on that new C-6 you been thinking about. Come to think of it....her first born male child wouldnt be bad too......a no show job at say $100,000 a year.......Hmmmm......

I know I can get atleast $30K for it. I live where people don't even flinch when they pay a quarter million for a new doublewide trailer.
I am getting a courtesy car, but who knows what ill get. With my luck it'll be a Cavalier or an Aztek!
As for the girl who hit me...shes just a short fat little spoilled b!tch. Not even worth getting a BJ out of it. lol

I picked up my C5 a few weeks ago at a dealership here in SoCal. They let my dad and I come take a look at it before it was officially inventoried and was sitting in their warehouse.
The salesman that escorted us to the showroom was pretty cool, and he told us a few stories. One thing that made me chuckle is this:
He said, "I've been working here for a few years now and I have free reign to drive pretty much any car I want on this lot. There are only two exceptions: SSR's and Corvettes." He basically said that they're selling the SSR's for a few thousand over MSRP, so not just anyone gets to drive them. He said their dealership won't even let someone test drive one of their Corvettes unless they 'come with money on the table.'
And that's the way it should be.
