Default PRT's to Bullets

Has anyone changed from PRT's to Bullets? B&B claims a 10rwhp increase. Is this true? How's the sound difference?

Thanks

i have the b&b bullets.as far as sound,it has a nice tone, especially when you get on it.it's loud, but not quite as loud as the slp loudmouth.
as far as the 10 hp increase,i couldn't tell you,as i put mine in along with my headers.

I made the switch. I havent redynoed the car yet so not sure.

I was dissapointed in a way. My car might actually be quieter at idle with the Bullets than the PRTs. At least it sounds deeper though.

Grady:

I went from totally stock to the Bullets, and LOVE them !

I notice a better pull from the car when putting my foot on it !

B&B Bullets are *very* loud. You will *not* see a 10 hp gain by swapping the PRT's for the Bullets. Perhaps 5-8 hp going from stock to the Bullets, but certainly not 10 going from one aftermarket cat-back to another.

and I too have the bullets. I love them, but like was telling someone else in another thread, the resonance is a little noticable between gear changes, and at cruising between 1700-2200 rpms, But the first time I got on it at WOT , the sound nearly scared the %^( out of me. I LOVE IT!

Bullets are mean. But I think the PRT's are just as cool. I do agree that the Bullets are a little deeper though.

I went from PRT's to Bullets. No hp increase, but the sound improvement was awesome.
