Another Trigger Pulled
OK guys, I'm official now. Traded in my 02 Mustang GT for an 04 Black 6 speed coupe today. Still has to be prepped so I have to wait until Monday morning to actually take delivery. I've learned a lot about the C5s here over the last few months and really want to thank all of you for the great information provided here. It made my buying experience a lot more pleasurable.

Listening to different exhaust systems on C5s is the way to go before buying anything. Then get what YOU like (everyone has their opinions on what is best). You might try going to some Corvette club meetings to hear the different systems.
C5 handling is considerably different that your Mustang. Leave the Traction Control "on" until you're familiar with the car. Because of the Vette's great ride you may not feel this at first, but your Vette is every bit as nimble as a Mustang.
