I am considering the purchase of a set of underguards. Anyone have these? Are they worth the extra $ss? Are they very visible?
Thanks,

ALSO-----I see that A & A sells the rails for under $100, Whereas there are other suppliers who sell a unit that includes the jacking ports for just under $300.
Anyone have these more expensive universal (jacking) units? What do you think of them?
Thanks,
Jesse East

Reason: Follow-On Question
I have them, the only time you can see them is when you lift the car and get underneath it. Mine only drop about 1/8 inch below the rocker panels. I had several scrapes before I installed them, but haven't seen anything since. I'm happy with them, even if it's just the piece of mind knowing they're there.
Are you talking about the rocker rails? I think that they're definitely worth it, especially if your car is lowered. You can't see them at all unless if you get down below the car. They also allow you to jack up the car anywere along the side. Get the rails and a set of rollers from Andy at A&A Corvettes. Just click on the link to the left.
Definitely cheap insurance. Unless you get on the ground and look for them, you'll never know they are there. I primed and painted mine, just to give them a more finished look.
I noticed that A & A sells the rails for under $100----and that there are other suppliers that have a rail combined with jacking ports for nearly $300.
