i dont want to seem negative, but the a/c fan speed is about the poorest ive ever seen, is this the normal or maybe it needs a little attention?

THANK GOD!!! I thought it was only me. My car does the same thing. A/C is wide open but feels like it is barely running. Gets good and cold but runs the equivalent of medium or low on any other vehicle. I will be anxious to here some thoughts on this one too.

I've wondered the same thing. Something I noticed is, it seems to work better the faster you go. I'm looking forward to what others say.

Hmmm, mine blows so hard that paper on the seats blow around. Passengers always gripe about too much air flowing around...but I like it like that.

This is not what I wanted to hear. I have assumed for quite some time that I have a problem with my a/c but was being to stubborn to have it checked out. Now it looks like it will be going back to the shop.

The fan speed is pretty poor. My wife's Grand Am blows the Vette away, at least in this category.

I'm really not impressed by the AC in my 2004 Coupe. Very poor in temperature and fan power.

Not a good thing in the nice Texas summer...

No problem here just had a new AC put in my car and it blows hard.
Mine will not blow as hard in Manual but it blows real hard in Auto until it cools down and the blower slows down.

I didn't notice if you said you had climate control. I do and hate it. It has a mind of its own that even with the memory option it does its own thing. With windows open I just turn it all of. When I have to close the window I give into that higher control and push auto because frankly I gave up and am tired fighting it.

Very dissapointed here too. Not just for AC but for heat as well. Obviously a Fan issue.

I have a 2000 silverado and 2000 vette, the car seems to be as cold, but takes awhile to get there. But the fan is not even close to the truck in volume of air flow.
