After my 01 coupe sit in the Texas sun for a couple of days a cloudy haze appears on the inside of all the windows. Is there a product or solution that will eliminate or minimize this?
I get the same thing and it is always a nightmare to get off. I have tried a number of glass cleaning products and what I have found to work best for me is actually windshield washer fluid. I just pour some on a cloth and wipe it down.

I have a convertible which does the same thing but I figured it was just smog build-up.
I had the same thing and tried everything. Then I remembered what Mom said to use on glass. Vinegar and water. Wiped it right out. I still get it but not nearly as bad. And I used microfibre towels to clean the windows. Try it and let me know if it works for you too.

The haze is from leather interior. Both my vettes get it but my pickup which has cloth interior does not. I've also read that this is the cause in one of the Corvette mags but offhand can't remember which one. Glass cleaner will get it off but in reappears in a little while.
The materials in our interiors "outgas". Some have said it also adds to that new car smell It's simply vapors escaping the materials.
Stoners Glass Cleaner, newspaper, works pretty good.
I use Zaino Glass Polish (Z something) with thick paper (Bounty) towels.
Greasy Amourall like dash dressings are very difficult to get off glass. I don't use them near glass. Smoking in car does the same thing. You think it's clean and then when the sun hits it just right it looks like $hit.
Keep at it and it will come clean. Stay away from towels you have used elsewhere. Even if washed and washed remnants of cleaners and wax remain.
By the way, nothing works on water spots and acid rain stains like Zaino Glass Cleaner, and I've tried them all.
I noticed the same thing. My Vette is kept in the garage overnight and I found if I just crack the windows open the "fogging" is greatly reduced. If it does start to build up Stoner's takes it right off.
The Stoner's glass cleaner along with coffee filters Seems as though the coffee filters work best for removing oily/greasy stuff from windows. Got that tip right here on the forum.

I cleaned the W/S last evening with Stoners and the Glass Wizard. I guess since we all have it we just got to clean ait more often. I thought hell I dont smoke. It looked like a smoker's car. Now since this thread is so timely I feel better. Great market place of ideas this Forum
