I am visiting this area in Sept, and would like to know if there are any businesses nearby who specialise in Corvette add on bits (like West Coast Corvette do)

Probably need to check out Norris Motorsports. They have a new facility and a great reputation. I know of several members who have had outstanding work done there. They are a forum supporting vendor with a link along the left side under "Tuners".

Don't miss visiting Roger's Corvettes on 17-92 in Maitland (a few niles north of O-ville). He has a NICE collection of cars for sale and also he has some L88's, one of which he paid over 1/2 million for and a '69 ZL-1 (1 of only 2 known).

Also check out vinci high performance. They having been in the business for over 30 years I think. I have done all my mods with them and am very happy. They are one of our forum supporters and are moving as we speak into a new facility very close to roger's corvettes.

I think an unofficial Eckler's reunion would be FANTASTIC. I made both their Fall and Spring reunions which are fun but hectic. I'm involved in several clubs up here and an unofficial reunion (ie: caravan from JAX) would be a GREAT idea!!! I'll send you an email later. I think we should follow up on this - it could be fantastic for everyone!!! Thanks.

The way we used to meet when I was younger...
...hop in the hot rod and somehow everyone got wind of it...
...Hot cars and cool guys and girls showed up where the cars were...
It should be what a cruise-in used to be...not sitting in a show all day...
...just cruising in at any or all times checking out the vettes...

I was in Orlando a couple weeks ago. I made a point of getting over to Ecklers. Great place to shop, but staff was less than friendly. I made a point of telling them I was from AZ and the counter guy was like "oh, yeah!" Wasn't like it was too busy, as it was on a Thursday morning.
The only reason I'd put them on my agenda again is if I could met a guy that got cost. Otherwise I'd just shop the catalog.
Pretty disappointing!
