Installed CLB today !!
Finally got mine in after 6 months of ownership on my 99 FRC. All went well except I could not clear the "Service Column Lock" through the DIC...showed "no codes" Also tried removing the fuses...no good. I had to disconnect the battery to get the error code to clear. Hopefully now I can stop worrying about this stupid problem.......

I installed mine today, as well! 
No error codes or anything! Kind of weird not hearing the "clicking" and "wwwhrrrrring" sounds anymore. Guess that's a good thing! I did, however, find out that one of my knee board screws is missing...
