Does anyone know if Design Specialties is still in business? They are in KY and so special engine covers. Their toll free is disconnected and no one answers their phone. Thought somebody might have some info. about them.
Thanks
I heard or read somewhere that they were moving back to the Pompano area in South Florida. That was a few months ago, have no idea where they are or what they are doing.

Sorry to hear about their closing. Thanks everyone for the info.
You did not miss anything....one word that never has or will come out of Arrons mouth is sale
Actually, DS was putting lots of stuff on ebay earlier this spring to move it out.
I think (don't know) Aaron may have plans to resume in this business at some point. I was lucky enough to get the last of the etched chrome filler caps from him in late May. He had all of them except the PS filler cap...he told me to contact him in a few months to see about getting that one, which struck me as an odd statement for someone permanently closing up shop. But, I don't really know for sure, just a guess based on that statement.
http://www.creativeenginecovers.com has many chrome items which are also very high quality, and certainly worth looking into (they have many items not listed on their site). But DS did have some unique stuff, ie: the etched stuff, which I've yet to see duplicated by anyone else.
