Default Two Scoops Are Better

Had my functional rear brake duct scoops from WCC installed this week. I was too chicken to cut the body myself.

When asked if they work, I think I'll just say "Put your finger on the rear rotor and see how much cooler they are".

After discounts, etc., about $375 parts and labor. The new 6-piece kit (all GM parts) has pre-cut wheel well liners which makes installation much easier and quicker. Replacements for the exterior screens (if they collect rock chips) are only about $70.

Thanks for the kind words. Yeah, I thought about the "Wannabe" comments before getting these. But after having my clock cleaned a number of times by Z06s - I've learned my place as a "humble" C5 coupe owner. I'm sure I'll hear more of that at club meetings.

But if you've ever been on a road course or auto cross, you know how hot your brakes/tires get during a lap and I did want the functional aspect in getting these. Particularly living in Florida. (Not that I'm any kind of hot driver).

Anyway, thanks again. And keep those mods coming!!

JD......Actually, it was pics of your car that helped convince me to go ahead and put them on.

Thanks.
