lingenfelter heads/ cam
would lingnefelter heads with a cam with these specs make my idle rough and ruin low end torque
???
im concerned about drivabilty
would you be afraid of buying used heads/cam with 20k on them?
230/235, 544 lift, 113 duration.

I have those heads with a 224/228 560+ lift 113 LSA (Cartek H-cam-not sure the specs).
With good tuning you get only some lope at 950 rpms, and with the A/C on a light shake. No other big cam problems, and with a tune, mild pulley and ported throttlebody good for 500/455+ FWHP/TQ.
