I am looking at a 2003 Zo6. Currently have a 2000 convertible, MN6. Have looked over the threads here for information on what to look for when purchasing. Very good information. Does anyone have specifics to look out for. There are 11000 miles. Asking 39K. Has Cook (sp?) headers and aftermarket exhaust mods.

That's too much. If you really like the car make him a counter offer in the $36 to $37 range and ask for the OEM parts just in case you need to revert to stock for warranty work. But newer or lower mileage Z's are out there for the same money.
I'd suggest trying to find a new 04 Z but I hear supply has all but dried up. Unless your willing to take what ever the dealer has left.

I agree, Kerbeck has great deals on new 04's right now
