It depends on how the valve-hole is positioned on the rim as to whether they'll seal correctly with stock mounting hardware. Some rims may require you to mount the sensors with band-clamps.

Another point...how old are your sensors? They have a limited lifespan 6-7 years maybe...just a consideration, so ya don't have a future problem that could be fixed/adverted now.

mine have been moved once from my silver wagon wheels to my Y2K chromies and mine still work fine. if u get new rims that accept them mounted as the stock ones are, be sure to get new rubber O rings as well to keep any chance of leaks down..
