Optima comes through!!!
Some time ago I made a post about a leaking Optima battery and this is just a follow-up.
They had the battery shipped back to them from the retailer for inspection and to be honest I expected a denial. Turns out it had been cracked in shipment.
It's refreshing to see a company stand behind their product, and treat their customers honestly. They certainly will get my recommendations!

I don't mind paying a little extra when a company backs up their product
like this! When the time comes I'll be looking at Optima for replacement
of my stock battery!

It took a while because the retailer drug his feet shipping the battery back to Milwaukee, but they found a crack in it and called me today.Very impressive the way they stood behind their product.

That's cool about Optima. I just bought a red top and I made sure to check it before putting it in the car because I remembered your post.
I also enjoyed reading on it the fact that it is 100% made in the USA.
