if your lever goes all the way to the top, and still doesn't hold, you'll need to adjust the drums in the back.
You'll need to pull of the rear wheels, remove the calipers from their brackets, remove the caliper brackets and pull the rear discs out. There is a star adjuster for the drums used for the e-brake. Adjust it out, and put everything back together. Don't forget to use medium loc-tite on the bolts.
I did that, and all I need is 5 clicks on the handle to keep the car from rolling on a steep hill. Hope this helps.
