Default 2 Items on my vehicle history report I don't understand.

Does anyone know what was actually done or replaced for these two items?

1. 10/23/2001 083241 # J6090 - VALVE, SAI CHECK - RIGHT - REPLACE 32691 miles

2. 07/01/1999 048279 # F3270 - VENTILATOR, AXLE - REAR - REPLACE 10772 miles

Also, do you interpret this one to mean they replaced the rotors or the entire assembly?

08/01/2000 073726 # H0127 - ROTOR ASSEMBLY - FRONT - BOTH - R&R OR REPLACE 19125 miles

Thanks!!!!!

2. 07/01/1999 048279 # F3270 - VENTILATOR, AXLE - REAR - REPLACE 10772 miles

That is a small vent at the top of the differential. When the rear is overfilled (which many do) it leaks the overage fluid from there. Many have thought they have leaking rear, but when coming from the top it's easy to tell then that it's leaking becasue of an overfill.
I guess your vent was clogged so they replaced. Maybe yours had been overfilled before you owned the car.

Impossible to tell on the Rotor thing since it says R&R OR Replace. The one word OR leaves it impossible to tell.

SAI= secondary air injection, its a check valve that keeps exhaust from getting back into the A.I.R system, the right side valve is directly behind the intake manifold..a PITA to change.

As for the rotors, you can almost count on them only resurfacing them, at least the first time or two they were out of specs.

Well I'll be. I should have known that one too. I am in the midst of having that replaced on my car. My car keeps throwing that 0410 code in the PCM module, which is the Secondary Air pump. It's not serious' just annoying. Car is scheduled for the dealer 8/23 and that's perfect since my column lock recall notice just came today.
