[Z06] Factory Alignment Specs
Thank you
Stan
When you have the car aligned tell the technician you want the car aligned to Z06 specs but exactly at the preferred settings. The preferred settings are midway between the upper and lower range of each (camber, caster, toe) alignment setting.
If the tech does not understand this go elsewhere.
Get the before and after printout sheet.
The car will drive great.
Let me know if you need the preferred settings and I will post them.
Be sure the tire pressures are normal and the fuel tank is at least 3/4 full.

Front Individual Toe: +0.04 degree +/- 0.10 degree
Front Sum Toe: +0.08 degree +/- 0.20 degree
Front Individual Caster: +6.9 degree +/- 0.50 degree
Front Cross Caster: within +/- 0.25 degree
Front Individual Camber: -0.70 degree +/-0.50 degree
Front Cross Camber: within +/-0.25 degree
Rear Individual Toe: -0.01 degree +/- 0.10 degree
Rear Sum Toe: -0.02 degree +/- 0.20 degree
Rear Individual Camber: -0.68 degree +/- 0.50 degree
Rear Cross Camber: within +/- 0.50 degree
To minimize front inner tire wear, try the middle stock camber setting of -0.70 degrees and set front toe to 0.0.
This will still handle well while somewhat mitigating front tire wear.
