Stupid Question??
Sorry the search isn't working and I'm sure this question has been asked plenty of times. I have a C4 and thought about transferring to a C5, so what is FRC - years, differences between it and a regular coupe or hardtop?

Best thing about all the C5's is that everything's been fixed. All those little irritating things about the C4's (rattles, leaks, etc) that were carried over from the C3's. I've owned 1 C3 and 2 C4's and enjoyed them all. I just thought those "things" were what you had to deal with if you were a Vette owner.

The FRC is the lightweight version of the C5 - weighs about 150 lbs less than the coupe/vert. In '01, the Z06 version of the FRC came out with 385 HP and in '02, HP bumped up to 405.
