Before I made this post I went to a http://www.vanacorvette.com where I knew that the hood was sold. It appears that they are not selling this hood or any C5 parts at this time.
I would send a PM or email to Iceburgh who is the owner of the car in the picture and he could give you more detail. I know that from talking to him via IM's that the hood took a lot of prep work to get it right
Isn't that iceburgh's car before the flames? If so, I've seen it in person and pictures don't do it any justice. I'm not one for dramatic exterior mods, but his is definitely one of the best and the hood really adds to the flavor! Awesome!
I have a Breathless hood on my 2001 now. It's made by taking a stock Corvette hood and integrating their scoop. Since it is built on a stock hood, installation takes a few minutes (once painted) to just simply bolt on.
I was thinking about making either a L-88 or a Stinger hood the same way... bonding the fiberglass scoop to an existing hood. Thought it might be quicker to see if anybody already made one. That Stinger doesn't sound like a very good deal though, if it requires a lot of mods to fit.
The other route I considered is to just make a mold off the stock hood that I have and then make a couple of light-weight carbon fiber versions, one with the L-88 scoop and the other with the Stinger. Race only... held down with hood pins, not hinges.

Crazy world we live in for sure.....the owners son shot and killed his dad and they were only selling what they had left.... before he died he said he had only made 6 of those hoods and had 4 sold...you can contact them andsee where the other 2 might be.
They are always at Carlisle so I am assuming they will be there this year may be they will bring all of the remainder parts with them.
Mine was the first and it took a LONG time to get the waves out....fit was fine but when ou waved to the car it would wave back
