11.96 Bone Stock Z06 Article

Has anyone seen a recent "car" magazine article about a 2004 "bone stock" Z06 that achieved 11.96 ? I am trying to get a hold of this.

It was packaged with the September issue of Popular Hot Rodding. It's in a special issue of GMHP magazine. The new issue is out, but you still may be able to find the September issue if you act quickly.

Did I miss something? Both statements are correct, although the CF hood is limited to the Z16, its still available and only on the 04's.

Help me understand.
