Looks like I'm coming out on the wrong side of this vote - I laughed hard!
It really does hit the "ricer" thing that so many "All-American Boys" have a problem dealing with. I do believe it's another "generational" thing that's been around forever!
The 40's & 50's street-rod guys hated the "muscle car" guys, the "muscle car" guys hated the sports car guys, and all of them hate the "import" guys!
They ALL have neat features about them and it's cool to try to understand what they're all about.
My C5 is the best thing I've ever driven - and I'm very proud (and fortunate) to have it. And it took me a whole long time to get there!
When I see others trying to make the best of what they have to work with, I can respect that without being derisive (well, I may chuckle under my breath!! - You know, when they pull up beside you and rattle the f**t can!!!). But, they have done something to their ride and they are proud of it. How bad can that be?
Yes, I understand the problem with some of the "language" in the rap. Generational again.
