Default DiabloSport Won't Answer Email, need advice

I have a Predator and a MN6. I need to know how to proceed on this CL Recall. I want to get the campaign done so if the CL does engage while I'm in motion the fuel supply is cut.

My question is do I need to restore the stock program, have the dealer play with the PCM, and then restore the Performance program? If I do it that way, will it destroy what ever the dealer did.

I plan on installing the CL Bypass after I get the campaign completed.

Hopefully someone out there knows more about the Predator than I do.

Hmmm...good question. I went ahead and had my PCM updated and then installed my Predator programming, because as I understand, it takes your factory program and modifies the performance data, but leaves the other data intact. I would put your factory setting back on, have the update done at the dealer and then reinstall the programming.

Yep, they won't answer emails and if I remember right, they stated you must use their forum to get your questions answered. I had to do it when I was looking to get my Predator reflashed since I sold the car is was locked to. Once I posted on the predator forum, they answered my question within a day. Good luck.

Ok, I had this question as well and DiabloSport said they would need me to restore the factory programming and then have the dealer reflash and I would need to send them my Predator and they would reset it and then I could retune with the performance tune. See what happens is the Predator saves the first factory tune it is used on and then it is there until the unit is reset. So if you take your car to the dealer and he reflashed your PCM and your then reinstall the performance tune all the dealer changes will be lost. A possibilty exists that this problem will be solved in version 1.04 if it ever is released. Jeff

I had to contact them to update my Predator, and although they were slow, they did eventually answer and take care of my issues.

Thanks guys. I neglected to mention that the "email" I sent them was really from their website, the "Ask Us A Question" portion. I thought they would at least answer that. But no luck.

It was mentioned that they had a "Forum", what is the URL? Also G-Lock mentioned that you spoke to them. I can't find a number on their website or on the box or even in the little book. What is their number?

Thanks again guys.

FWIW, I've never had a problem with them, they have been great for me.
