Default My car is going crazy?

I left my car last night fine. I go to start the car this morning and rolled my windows down.I turn on the A/C and try to roll the windows up. Driver side is fine but the passenger wont roll up at all! I was running late so turn the air off and roll down my driver window a little. I drove for about 10 minutes and during this time tried several time to roll my passenger window up but wont work. Driver side works fine. I also notice that the passenger side door lock does not work either. Then all of a sudden......I loose the radio (shuts off completely), my gauges go crazy! The temp gauge shoots to 260, fuel pressure shoots to 0, gas goes to empty, my traction control light is on, my check engine light comes on, my brake light comes on, however my tach and speedometer both work. My display control says, "REDUCED ENGINE POWER", "LOW FUEL", "SERVICE CAR SOON","CHECK ENGINE","SERVICE TRACTION CONTROL", and keeps beeping constantly. My keyless remote does not work and I have double checked BCM area it is bone dry!

I get to my dad's place and turn the car off. Come back after an hour and try to roll the passenger window up. It goes up! The passenger lock works too! The car runs fine for another 10 minutes and then same thing starts again! I am clueless. I also know that I am NOT the only one and many forum members have experienced this.

The car is out of warranty. I did a search and found out that there could be something wrong with my BCM or ignition switch? How should I determine what is wrong? The car has a brand new battery less than a month old. I would hate to take it to a dealership if there is something that I can fix. Anyone who has experienced this, I would greatly appreciate your help.

Have you ever seen the Stephan King movie Christine?

I've had a related problem, not to your extreme, cause of a loose wire on the starter.

I would be checking the computer under the passenger's feet for water! Then the battery for some leak and affect the computer underneath. If there is water in the passenger's side it's probably due to the drain being clogged. It's between the passengers side header and the firewall. Best accessed from underneath the car. Good luck with it and let us know what you find.

There are NO traces of water in the BCM area. I checked all that. Battery is brand new as well

Also, don't totally rule out the battery. Even new batteries can go bad on occasion, shortly after install. Good luck with the repairs.

Also, loose terminals or corrosion.

I would guess a loose wire or one of the computers are going out. I had a '94 that did the same thing, along with the car dying, and it turned out to be a computer problem. Dealer replaced it and it worked fine after that.
