Which do you guys prefer? Pros-Cons?
Will they both give you the capability to lower the car to the extreme and which is more expensive?
Also I can not find any vendors that carry either of these. Any help would be appreciated.
There are many factors to consider. 1) What do you want for the car to be--a daily driver and something that you drive on the street? An autocross car and street car? Just a track car? 2) If you drive a lot on the street, what is the relative quality of the roads in your area? Most people don't realize the actual comfort a Corvette provides until switching to a stiff suspension and feeling all the bumps.
3) Ideally, I think coilovers with adjustable shocks are the best but I think those would probably be very, very expensive.
4) Doug Rippie Motorsports is where I bought my coilovers--they can make your car feel much, much more stable but I would recommend not going for the stiffest setup if your roads aren't pristine. Randy there is very informative and they are good at working with the customer's needs. Doug Rippie Motorsports (DRM) - 763-477-9272
