Jack recommendations??
I ordered the pucks (BMW) now I need a jack. I checked out the Sears racing jack. Looks real nice and low, but costly. They want $180 plus tax. Recommendations appreciated. Thanks

I don't have one right now, but do plan in the future to buy the low profile aluminum racing jack from Harbor Freight. Runs about $129, and you will get a LOT of recommendations for this jack here on the Forum.

Harbor freight, or Pep Boys 139 dollars. DO NOT buy the harbor freight jack for 89 dollars. Too many safety issue and product liability issues.

It really depends on whether your Vette is lowered or not. Mine isn't lowered (mainly cause it's a daily driver) and I use a 30 yr old standard floor jack. It a little tight but works fine!

I have the Sears jack and paid $160 when I bought it. I saw in their flyer this weekend a jack that looked very similar to it and it was about $140. Not sure if it had the same minimum height, but it was a 1 1/2 ton jack . Maybe check with them again.
