Active handling broken?

Active handling broken?
As I drive down the road the DIC says "Active Handling" about every 2 minutes. If I am applying my breaks at the time that it comes on the pedal vibrates like ABS is active. Does anyone know whats goin on cuz there are no codes in the system.
