Doubt it. Look at the brake dust on the wheels. That car is sorely neglected and should be removed from the owner.
I saw this in a parking lot around here the other day.
this picture shows why GM went to exposed headlight,the C-5 looks bad with the light open. you have to see a C-5 in the daylight to see how it spoils the looks of a C-5

So THAT'S why it looks bad. I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
