I never want my car to be in a dealership if possible,,,I simple dont trust them,,,plus the techs know my car and would love to test drive it,,,,I have the clb installed and am kinda worried it may screw up the bcm,, so I takes my recall papers to the dealer. They know me pretty well, even though I only buy a few parts from them...I asked about the recall, they said you have to reflash the computer, I said only if you have a six speed,,,well they decided to give me the parts (plate and harness) for my auto and I worked a deal with the tech to come to my house and install the stuff....guess I will go with gm parts and get rid of the bypass...piece of mind and no lock....I have to pay the tech with a six pack...which I might end up with half in my belly...at least I get the stuff and no car in the dealership....The dealer ship get paid for the work, they are happy
