mutual respect
i'm diddyboppin' down the highway this morning about 65-70mph,when i notice a white viper 'vert approaching in the hammer lane.i back off a bit ,and he pulls up along side of me momentarily to nod and wave.i did likewise,and we both went our separate ways.his FL tag was...04viper.the whole thing couldn't have lasted more than 10-15 seconds,but the mutual respect thing brought me to share it with everyone!!!

Sounds like you met up with a car enthusiast, as opposed to a "Viper" guy. 
I've heard from Mopar folks that at Mopar sponsored events, the Viper guys hang by themselves, as if they are better than their other Mopar counterparts. Kind of sucks hearing that, especially coming from a Mopar guy.

I know Viper owners are nice people like us 
It happens that my brother is a Viper ACR owner 
. We always have good times talking about his viper and my Z although we haven't really race with each other cause he lives in cali and me living in AZ. Maybe we will settle it for the sake of bragging....

Cool stuff! It seems like every stare I get is followed by snares, throttle blips ect... I do get some love from the F bodies who know what the Z06 badge means Congrats!Dave
PS I admit it, I looked at vipers before I got my Z
but $$$ was

For the most part, the Viper guys don't even want to be seen with the Muscle Car guys at the Mopar shows for some reason. I'm a car guy more than anyhting, and I like any cool hot rod, I don't care who makes it. I wish some of the guys with modern performance cars felt the same way.
