I agree with YELLOW>.....I think I will also wait to see what the new Z06 numbers bring and I might add that to the collection. Not sure I would want to part with my 04 tr coupe........dream come true.

04 c5 for a 05 c6? only if i won the lotto.

i'll wait for c6.5 when they fix the hideous, out-of-proportion mouth and bizarre rear fascia...besides, there ain't no well-known mods for it yet.

Never, never, never buy a first year run. I will consider the Z when it comes out, but not a C6 replacement.

I may eat my words some day, but for now, I just think the C6 is ugly with those eyeballs staring at you.

I'm but only for the next Z06. The Z51 C6 is no Z06 so only a Z will get me to part with my current Z.

I was planning on buying a C6 until the pictures came out. That is when I decided to buy a 2004. The C6 is the first Corvette that the looks just don't do anything for me. I thought seeing them in person would change my mind . . . it did not.

I traded in my 99 nassau Blue coupe on a 2004 Torch Red coupe, because I don't like the looks of the C6.

I'll keep my '99 and possibly sell the '04 C/E (don't drive it enough to justify keeping it around). However as far as the C6 goes, I'll have to go to the showroom and see if it calls out to me or not. In short, its a possiblity.

But I keep reminding myself, I thought they'd ruined the vette when the
c5 came out....we'll see.

No way, even if I wanted to, I don't think I could justify it since I'm planning to buy a house soon. Maybe a C7, if things are going well, who knows. All I know is that I love my C5 and think its the most beautiful, drop dead sexy sports car that a normal guy can have the privelage to drive.

I pondered placing an order but just not quite sold on it yet. Being very happy with my C5, I just can't put her out to pasture so to speak. I do think about it and maybe I will get serious when the Z hits the showroom. 18 to 24 months? MAYBE

I wouldn't buy the first model year of any car, there are usually bugs to worked out over time....... Just my two cents..
