Stereo Upgrade
I'd like to replace the stock head unit with a dvd/nav. system. Any suggestions that will fit easily, without having to replace the speakers/amps etc?

I am currently looking for a mint, theft-lok deactivated, fully operational head unit for my Buick Turbo Regal. I am looking for the same identical unit that is in my '02 Z06. Please include price, and I did not mean to hijack this thread.

Alpine's CVA-1000 multi-source multimedia controller with a fold-out 5.6-inch LCD screen. (The 1000 is the predecessor to the current DVD-friendly CVA-1005 and the next-generation IVA-C800.) The CVA-1000 hooked to Alpine's CHA-S624 six-disc CD changer and NVA-751A CD-ROM-based navigation system.

I have the IVA-D900. DVD/ NAV/ Changer/Rear view camera , 7" screen, 1.5 million pixel resolution (Nothing on the market compares. I got everything along with it. LOVE IT! No cutting, but you might consider replacing the speakers. I got rid of the BL-OSE system and haven't looked back since. If you're looking for a good headunit, just remember, you want to be able to expand the one you get ... Not have to get a new headunit to expand the system you have/want. Don't let it be an afterthought. Just my .02 Hope this helps.
