I am a first time poster but have been following many of the interesting threads and topics for the past month or so. The experience and passion shared by corvette enthusiasts on this forum has been impressive and I've learned so much already. This is one of the best corvette discussion boards on the internet. I have had a passion for corvette since I was young kid. I have purchased a 2004 ce this past May and it's a beautiful ,outstanding piece of performance and artwork. I was out last night and was crusing on the freeway on the way back from a fifty's style classic hamburger joint 25 miles from my home. At one point I got out in the right lane with a clear view to pass a car and just accelerated it was so easy and smooth and responsive before I realized it I was at 120. Wow, it was too easy, I thought to myself "I need a V1" asap. This is my third corvette. My previous corvettes were '81 white/red and 87 black/black.
Now my question is how can I get information on when my 2004 was built and any other production information that might be available?
Welcome to the forum! You hit the nail on the head with that description!!
To get your "born on" data simply start a thread requesting a born on
date and you VIN and one of the guys with a NCCC subscription will fix
you up!!

I've been on this forum for about a month and have learned so much about my car from other enthusiasts...this is truly a useful place to exchange info about our passion.
I had been on another vette forum, (won't identify which) and while it too was informative, this one is by far much busier with many many more threads and replies.
Welcome to the Forum ...and congrats on the new ride.
Also, you can order copies of the car's build sheet for model years 1981-2003 from the NCM. I would think the NCM would be adding 2004 build sheets in the near future: Build Sheet Ordering Info
