Where Do I Buy a CLB?
Ok, now I made the decision to buy a CLB and put this issue to rest, but our forum search function indicates: Sorry No Matches. Duh, there's been a gazillion threads on this, why don't they come up. Also tried Column Lock By Pass, ECL, Recall, etc. All with negative results. Would like to know where to buy it. Thanks.

Corvettes of Houston has the best price if you mention the forum. Got mine from them.

Here ya go;

I went with Thunderacing's CLB, theres is smaller and doesn't require velcroing the module to the compartment somewhere.

I did too. The one that they sell is the one by Thunder Racing (or at least that is the one I received).
Here are the install directions:

Here's a post about the install that was passed on to me today. Although your point about the pin is also a concern of mine.

the computer can't communicate with the locking mechanisim, therefore it cannot lock the steering column.

Id feel better removing it just like the dealer kit for the auto's,I mean whats to stop it from something activating it,I think the dealer kit for auto's is the one to get & the "best" way to do it.
