c-6 shifter

I read that the new 2006 shifter was shorter and better than on the c-5.
Are they interchangable and would that be better than a Hust?

Even if they are interchangeable (which I doubt they are), there is no way a mass produced factory shifter is going to be as good or better than a quality aftermarket piece like the Hurst.

The Hurst, B&M, Kirban, etc. are all mass produced. There are more Hurst, etc. shifters produced than the stock Corvette shifters. Hurst, et. el punch out shifters for a variety of cars. So, based on your logic, the stock Corvette shifter would be of better quality than Hurst, B&M, etc.:shocked:
