My first real mod has been a set of B&B Bullets on an otherwise stock 02 ZO6. I bit noisy but bearable. I then went out and purchased a set of LGM headers with high flow Random Cats. Now the sound is very noisy to the point I have to look around me before I attempt to pull away from a light for fear of getting stopped by our locals. WOT from a light would be a definite ticket. I want to know if any of you have the same set up except kept your stock Ti's and are you happy with the sound?
loud is better, you know what they say, loud pipes save lives.. Not really sure how but it sounds like a good excuse lol
It works with bikes. For some reason our finest don't seem to mind open pipes on Harleys or other bikes but I always get the evil eye with the Vet for the loud pipes. Go figure!

i had Kooks, no cats going into Corsa Pros...too loud for neighbors and me...put stock ZO6 Ti back on and neighbors are happy and i can hear my stereo again...
I've got Corsa Ti's with mufflers, along with TPIS headers and stock cats. It's perfect! In fact, it's so perfect that I'm going to throw the straight pipes on there just to see if the sound can get anymore perfectererer.

PS -- I think your concern COULD be in the Random cats. Perhaps your sound would be ideal with the stock cats. I think the Randoms really add volume...
