Have not seen in person: I think the two negatives are price $12,500 conversion and most importantly loss of trunk space ...
Perhaps for someone who does not use as daily driver, but in my view one of the most attractive features of the vert, is the trunk space you have with the top down .... gives us the ability to travel as well as do most local "errands" in style and comfort .... Can't see losing this for the perceived benefit of hardtop vert ...
Yep, it has been around for a while, and the guy had it at the Corvette Forum Cruise In V at Bowling Green in May. It was pretty cool, but you lose pretty much all your trunk space, and like the man said, it is very expensive. If you like it and got the dough, go for it though
I saw it in person at CI V & it was impressive. But like others have said losing all your trunk space & the cost of the conversion just aren't worth it IMO.
