Default DFW members--> Help please

Hello all
I know there are a lot of members in the DFW area, I'm hoping maybe someone can help me out. I'm in the market for a C5, can somebody take a look at this car that is in the for sale section?http://forums.corvetteforum.com/showthread.php?t=873661
I'm too far away to take the trip there and kick the tires and go back home. If anyone is so kind as to look and drive this car for me, it would be greatly appreciated. Please send an email to dmfan41@mchsi.com
Issues I'm most concerned about are clutch(slip?) and body/paint condition.

ttt for ya.

If no one closer responds I may be able to get out there this weekend or next. Denton is far for me too but I can give it a shot. Let's see if anyone else responds.

Cheers,

I'm out of town for labor day weekend, but might possibly be able to take a look middle of next week. Next weekend for sure. Someone else may be more sure of their availability next week, but I'll check back here and see.

Good luck.

You might consider having the owner take the car to Corvettes of Dallas and you could pay them for an evaluation. With an individual doing an evaluation for you, you never know what you're going to get because you don't know the expertise of the person. Besides, they don't have the ability to put it up on a lift.
See www.corvettesofdallas.com. they are just down I35 from Denton.
