Dual zone ac not working right

This just happened for the second time for me this week. The first time was I believe last summer. The dealer had to pull the dash top I believe, I'll have to look at my records for what was fixed. I'll let you now something if I come across how it was fixed or after I take mine to the dealer.

Same thing happened to my 99. There is a computer that needs to be re-flashed. I sold the 99 so I don't have the service records but (I could be wrong) I believe the BCM had to be reflashed. This is a commom problem.
There is also a DIY fix that requires the removal of two fuses and disconnecting the battery but I can't remember where that post is. Hopefully someone will remember and chime in.
